Job Description:  

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Engineer (Full Stack PHP & MERN) to join our dynamic team in Udaipur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PHP-based full stack development along with experience in MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). As a technical leader, you will drive development best practices, mentor team members, and contribute to the architecture and design of scalable web applications.

Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage a team of developers to deliver high-quality full-stack web applications.

· Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable PHP and MERN codebases.

· Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

· Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

· Develop APIs, microservices, and integration layers.

· Review code, provide mentorship, and establish coding standards and best practices.

· Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality.

· Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

· Lead technical discussions and drive decision-making processes.

· Participate in architectural discussions and product roadmap planning.

Requirements:

· 5+ years of professional experience in full stack development.

· Expertise in PHP and frameworks like Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter.

· Strong hands-on experience with MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

· Solid understanding of front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and React.js.

· Strong database skills – MySQL, MongoDB.

· Experience with RESTful API design and development.

· Familiarity with version control tools (Git/GitHub/Bitbucket).

· Good understanding of cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

· Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and the ability to lead a team.

· Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Education and Experience

BTech or a related field.

Pay: ₹890,365.26 - ₹1,598,570.16 per year
