PHP Laravel Developer

Overview

We are seeking a PHP Developer who will be in charge of overseeing back-end services and data exchanges between users and the server. The creation of the server-side logic, the establishment and upkeep of the central database, and guaranteeing optimal performance and front-end responsiveness will be your main priorities. You will also be in charge of incorporating your colleagues' front-end components into the program. Consequently, a solid grasp of front-end technology is required.

Required Skills

• Build efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules.
• Must have knowledge of Core PHP functions.
• Expertise with MySQL like join queries and DBMS Concept.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a rapidly changing environment.
• Should have good knowledge of programming Web services, MVC, REST, XML, AJAX.
• Ability to integrate applications with third-party services using REST APIs with formats like JSON, and XML.
• Good debugging skills, Code flow analysis, and the ability to read and modify existing code.
• Can solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges.
• Proficiency with fundamental front-end Technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JQuery, JavaScript etc.
• Strong experience in Codeigniter/Laravel
• Strong experience in server tools like filezilla
• Good Understanding of MVC design patterns and frameworks

Roles & Responsibilities

• Establish best practices in coding and architecture.
• Clean and thorough coding with detailed understanding of business logic, with developer level testing.
• Client communication for assigned tasks, mostly via Skype/Slack chat (sometimes verbal communication over the phone may be required).
• Estimate and track projects using agile methodologies.
• Daily reporting to manager via in-house reporting tool.
• Working on projects with front-end and back-end developers.
• Testing the back-end's and users' functionality.
• Addressing the client's and the development team's goals for the project.
