Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a PHP Developer at Pavans Group in Vadodara. The PHP Developer will be responsible for back-end web development, object-oriented programming (OOP), front-end development, software development, and programming tasks within the team.

Location: Vadodara (On-Site)

Experience: 0-4 years

Salary: ₹1.44 LPA to ₹4.20 LPA (Based on skill set and experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and enhancement of web applications using the Laravel PHP framework.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code while adhering to the best coding standards and practices.
• Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and integrations with third-party systems.
• Use Git for version control and collaborate using platforms like GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.
• Engage in code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices, and resolve merge conflicts as needed.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• With a Degree in Computer Science or a related field: BE/B.tech/ME/MCA
• Hands-on experience with Laravel MVC framework.
• Good understanding of Core PHP, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, JavaScript, Node JS & React JS
• Good Experience in web technologies including React, HTML5, Node JS, JavaScript, and JQuery.
• Must be proficient in problem-solving skills, meet technical challenges, and have experience with data caching and analysis solutions
• Good understanding of front-end optimization techniques, cross-browser compatibility, and Responsive web design.
• Good Experience with Query Optimizer, and Database Design.
• Work closely with project managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly, and master diverse web technologies and techniques.
• Assist in managing project status, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring tasks are on schedule.
• Engage in code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices, and resolve merge conflicts as needed.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication in English
