Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement robust, scalable, and secure PHP-based applications and systems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Lead a team of developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support.
• Coordinate across multiple projects and teams, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, security, and performance optimization.
• Stay up to date with the latest PHP trends, technologies, and industry advancements.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in PHP development, with exposure to team leadership responsibilities.
• Experience with PHP frameworks, particularly Laravel (preferred); knowledge of CodeIgniter is a plus.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns, object-oriented programming, and database design.
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate small development teams or projects.
• Proficiency in writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Experience with third-party integrations, including payment, SMS, and delivery gateways.
• Knowledge of security best practices in web development.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts effectively.
