Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic fresher to join our development team as a PHP Developer. This entry-level position is perfect for recent graduates who are passionate about web development and eager to start their careers with a focus on the Laravel framework or similar. You will work closely with experienced developers and have the opportunity to contribute to real-world projects while learning and growing your skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Web Application Development: Assist in developing and maintaining web applications using PHP, with a focus on the Laravel framework or similar.
• API Integration: Help in developing and integrating RESTful APIs to connect front-end applications with back-end services and databases.
• Database Management: Support in designing and managing relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL), ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Code Optimization: Learn to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices, including version control with Git.
• Testing & Debugging: Participate in testing and debugging applications to ensure functionality, performance, and security.
• Collaboration: Work closely with senior developers, UX/UI designers, and other team members to deliver responsive and efficient applications.
• Documentation: Assist in creating and maintaining technical documentation for developed applications.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in PHP, Laravel, and web development to enhance your skills.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Technical Skills:
• Basic knowledge of PHP and experience with Laravel or similar frameworks (e.g., Symfony, CodeIgniter) during academic projects or internships.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Understanding of databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Basic knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to learn and tackle challenges.
• Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Learning Attitude: Eagerness to learn and develop new skills in web development.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Internship/Project Experience: Any relevant internship or academic project experience in PHP development, particularly with Laravel, is a plus.
• Certifications: Basic certifications in web development or PHP are advantageous but not required.
