Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated PHP Laravel Developer who is proficient in backend development using the Laravel framework. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of PHP, RESTful APIs, MySQL, and modern web development best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain web applications using Laravel and PHP
• Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
• Build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable PHP code
• Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software to ensure strong optimization and functionality
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to a high standard of quality assurance
• Work closely with the project management team to deliver projects on time and within scope
• Stay current with industry trends and Laravel/PHP best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in PHP and Laravel framework
• Strong knowledge of MVC architecture and object-oriented programming
• Experience with MySQL or other relational databases
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and AJAX
• Experience with Git or other version control systems
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Understanding of front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (Vue.js or React is a plus)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Docker or other container technologies
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or DigitalOcean
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies
