Role Overview

As a PHP Laravel Developer, you will be responsible for developing robust backend systems, building scalable web applications, and contributing to high-quality digital products.

• Application Development
• Develop and maintain web applications using PHP and Laravel framework
• Build clean, reusable, and efficient backend modules
• Implement secure, scalable, and maintainable code architecture
• System Architecture & Optimization
• Design scalable application structures
• Optimize application performance and database queries
• Ensure system reliability and security best practices
• Team Collaboration
• Work closely with frontend developers, designers, and testers
• Participate in sprint planning and technical discussions
• Support junior developers when required
• Code Quality & Debugging
• Perform code reviews and maintain coding standards
• Debug and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Ensure high-quality deliverables with minimal defects
• Continuous Improvement
• Stay updated with new Laravel features and PHP trends
• Suggest technical improvements and better development practices
• Contribute ideas for system and process improvements
  
  

• Strong understanding of PHP & Laravel framework
• Good knowledge of MVC architecture
• Experience with REST APIs
• Understanding of web security best practices
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and grow continuously
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering or related field
• 2+ years of experience as a PHP Developer (Laravel-focused)
• Experience with:
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• MySQL / relational databases
• Git / version control
• Basic frontend frameworks (React/Angular is a plus)
• Understanding of Agile development practices is a plus
