Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead - PHP Laravel Developer to oversee a team of developers, ensure high-quality project delivery, and contribute to building scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have an in-depth understanding of PHP, Laravel, and modern development practices, with proven leadership experience.
Key Skills and Qualifications: Technical Skills:

• PHP Laravel: Expertise in building scalable applications, designing RESTful APIs, and leveraging Eloquent ORM.

• MySQL: Skilled in database design, optimization, and writing complex SQL queries.

• Microservices Architecture: Hands-on experience with microservices, containerization tools like Docker, and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

• Git: Proficient in version control, including branching, merging, and repository management.

Leadership & Methodologies:

• Proven experience leading and mentoring development teams.

• Strong expertise in Agile development methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.

• Ability to plan and manage sprints effectively.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Strong interpersonal and team management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹1,500,000.00 per year
