Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced WordPress PHP Developer to join our team. As a WordPress PHP Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining WordPress websites and plugins, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and secure. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress themes, plugins, and websites using PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with designers and other developers to implement and integrate new features and functionality into WordPress websites.
• Optimize websites for performance, speed, and responsiveness.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring timely resolution of bugs and errors.
• Conduct thorough testing to ensure cross-browser compatibility and seamless user experience.
• Collaborate with the UI/UX team to ensure the best possible user interface and experience.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, techniques, and technologies related to WordPress development.
• Adhere to coding standards and best practices to maintain code quality and readability.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver on time.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal teams when required.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience as a WordPress PHP Developer.
• Proficient in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.
• Experience with WordPress CMS and its core architecture.
• Strong understanding of WordPress themes, plugins, and template hierarchy.
• Familiarity with responsive design and mobile-friendly development.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap or Foundation.
• Understanding of SEO best practices and performance optimization techniques.
• Ability to write clean, well-documented, and efficient code.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with popular WordPress page builders (e.g., Elementor, Beaver Builder).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Vue.js).
• Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., WooCommerce).
• Understanding of web security principles and best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

• Bavdhan, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
