Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain real estate websites, property listing portals, and CRM systems using PHP frameworks (Laravel/CodeIgniter).

Implement responsive front-end designs using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, React.js/Vue.js.

Optimize database performance with MySQL/PostgreSQL for handling property listings, transactions, and customer data.

Integrate third-party APIs, MLS (Multiple Listing Service), payment gateways, and other real estate tools.

Ensure SEO-friendly and high-speed performance of the website.

Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to enhance digital solutions for real estate clients.

Provide technical support and resolve issues related to website functionality, security, and maintenance.

Key Requirements:

✔ Strong proficiency in PHP, Laravel/CodeIgniter, MySQL, JavaScript, jQuery.

✔ Experience in front-end development (React.js/Vue.js preferred).

✔ Knowledge of real estate industry software, CRM systems, and API integrations.

✔ Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.) and version control systems (Git).

✔ Understanding of SEO best practices and website optimization techniques.

✔ Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively.
