Overview
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Web Developer to design, build, and maintain responsive, high-performing websites and web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of front-end and back-end technologies and a passion for delivering excellent user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain websites and web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP or other backend languages.
- Build responsive, mobile-friendly user interfaces.
- Integrate websites with databases and APIs.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketers to ensure smooth deployment of updates and campaigns.
- Test and debug code for functionality, usability, and performance.
- Optimize web applications for speed and scalability.
- Maintain code versioning using Git.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Web Developer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one backend language (PHP, Python, Node.js, etc.).
- Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress or frameworks like Laravel, React, or Django is a plus.
- Familiarity with web hosting, cPanel, and basic server management.
- Understanding of SEO, UI/UX principles, and website analytics tools.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 1–3 years of web development experience.
- Portfolio of past web development projects.
