Planning - Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Global Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze complex global factory data (production, capacity, demand, inventory) to identify trends and bottlenecks.
• Insight Generation: Develop predictive models for demand, capacity, and inventory; conduct scenario planning for strategic factory decisions.
• Reporting & Visualization: Design and maintain global dashboards and reports (Power BI, Tableau) for key planning metrics.
• Planning Optimization: Collaborate with global teams to refine forecasting, optimize production schedules, and manage inventory worldwide.
• Strategic Support: Provide analytical support for global S&OP processes, new product introductions, and factory footprint optimization.
• Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve global planning discrepancies and improve data quality and processes.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's (Supply Chain, Data Science, Engineering, or related).
• Experience: 3-7 years in data/planning analysis, with global manufacturing/supply chain exposure.
• Technical Skills:
  • Expert SQL & Advanced Excel.
  • Proficiency in Power BI/Tableau.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP ECC/S/4HANA).
  • Knowledge of Python/R for data analysis.
• Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of global supply chain planning (Demand, Supply, Production, S&OP) and manufacturing KPIs.
• Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication (including cross-cultural), and collaboration skills.
