Role Overview

We are looking for a QA Engineer with strong manual testing skills, a keen eye for detail, and a solid understanding of AI-assisted testing tools. You will be responsible for testing our cutting-edge healthcare applicationsacross web, mobile, and APIswhile utilizing modern QA strategies and tools like Playwright, Testim, or Applitools to ensure high product quality.

What Youll Do

• Conduct manual testing of web/mobile apps and APIs (functional, regression, UAT, smoke, sanity).
• Create and maintain test plans, cases, and traceability matrices.
• Validate REST/SOAP APIs using Postman, SoapUI, and Swagger.
• Leverage AI-powered tools (Playwright, Testim, Mabl, Applitools, Percy) for automated and visual testing.
• Perform backend data validation using SQL.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine test strategies.
• Log, track, and verify defects using JIRA or similar tools.
• Analyze QA results to enhance coverage and product quality.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to test process improvements.
• Support building scalable QA frameworks, integrating manual and smart automation tools.
  
  

Who You Are:

• 35 years of experience in manual testing for web, mobile, and API services.
• Familiar with AI QA tools like Playwright or Applitools/Percy or more.
• Skilled in API testing (Postman, SoapUI, Swagger), OAuth2, JWT, and error handling.
• Proficient in SQL for data setup and backend validation.
• Experienced with tools like TestRail, Zephyr, JIRA, and Bugzilla.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Quality-focused with a passion for innovation and user-first testing.
