Role Overview

We are hiring an experienced UI Team Lead to oversee our front-end team, with a focus on delivering scalable, user-centric web applications. This role combines hands-on development, leadership, and innovation in a fast-paced consumer tech :

• Design and develop responsive, scalable user interfaces using React and Node.js.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Drive technical excellence using modern UI frameworks (e.g., Redux, React Router, Material-UI) and best practices in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Mentor team members and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Optimize application performance and ensure adherence to coding and security :
• 2+ years of full-time professional experience in UI development, with a focus on building complex web applications using React and Node.js (mandatory).
• Experience working at a consumer tech company of scale (mandatory).
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and related web technologies.
• Expertise in modern UI frameworks/libraries (e.g., Redux, React Router, Material-UI).
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and front-end/backend integration.
• Demonstrated X-factor (e.g., innovative projects, leadership beyond traditional roles) will be given extra weightage.
• Open-source contributions are highly valued and will be strongly considered.
• Thoughtfully crafted resumes showcasing relevant experience will be given additional :
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven leadership experience (2+ years preferred) in a front-end development role.
