The impact that you will be making
As a Pre-Sales Business Analyst, you will support the end-to-end pre-sales process by translating client requirements into value-driven solution narratives, preparing high-impact proposals and presentations, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality responses. You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Solution teams to enable stronger positioning of Impact Analytics’ capabilities in front of prospects.he role would require you to envision and lead the building of sophisticated AI/ML/data science-based models and products that add value to the client and result in new projects and revenue streams.
About The Role
- RFP/RFI & Proposal Support
Assist in managing the lifecycle of RFPs/RFIs – requirement intake, content structuring, coordination, and submission.
Analyze client requirements and tailor solution presentations accordingly.
Draft and refine response content, proposals, PPTs, and case studies to align with product capabilities and client needs.
Support creation and maintenance of a reusable content repository.
- Solutioning & Presentation Development
Collaborate with product and technical SMEs to define solution components aligned with Impact Analytics’ offerings.
Develop customized sales decks, POVs, and response summaries.
Assist in solution validation by aligning deliverables with product roadmaps and client expectations.
- Pre-Sales Operations & Process Excellence
Help implement standardized pre-sales processes, checklists, templates, and best practices.
Ensure documentation and version control are maintained across responses.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate effectively with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Legal teams to gather inputs.
Support in internal review cycles and alignment sessions.
Participate in brainstorming for solution proposals and value articulation.
What lands you in this roles
Experience in pre-sales, business analysis, RFP/RFI support, or solution consulting (preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech).
Strong business analysis skills with ability to interpret client problems and translate them into solution proposals.
Excellent PPT creation and professional writing capability.
Good understanding of the software/SaaS sales lifecycle and enterprise buyer journey.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal), attention to detail, and high ownership.
Collaborative mindset with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience working in AI/ML, Analytics, or Enterprise Software domains.
Knowledge of pricing/merchandising/planning solutions or exposure to retail and CPG industries.
Experience interacting with technical/product teams for solution alignment.
