Overview
- Overall 10–15 years of experience in the IT industry, working on various digital transformation programs related to the implementation and support of omnichannel customer experiences with different retailers across the globe.
- The candidate must have experience working on modern POS platform projects such as the PredictSpring platform.
- Provide functional and technical support for modern POS platforms such as PredictSpring.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents and service requests related to the PredictSpring POS application, ensuring timely resolution with minimal or no business disruption.
- Handle advanced issue resolution for the PredictSpring POS platform, including application stability issues, API failures, synchronization issues, and payment disruptions.
- Work with RESTful APIs, SPIs, and integration points with systems such as Adyen, Oracle Retail, Verifone, and Taxware to diagnose root causes.
- Perform root cause analysis to identify recurring issues and implement permanent solutions.
- Perform regular system performance monitoring and tuning to ensure the performance and availability of POS applications.
- Assist in application deployments and configuration changes.
- Participate in 24/7 shift rotations as required.
