IPS (Information processing Services) another solution of MOL-IT specializes in providing 24x7 offshore support services to MOL Group companies worldwide. The IPS team manages key operational processes, categorized into:
- Documentation Services: Export & Import documentation processing
- Accounting Services: Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, GSA, and financial transactions
- Other Business Support Services: Freight Audit, TCTO Voyage Registration, and additional logistics function

Areas of Responsibilities
Overview of the Profile
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Network Specialist to manage, deploy, and maintain Red Hat OpenShift clusters across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, automation tools, and infrastructure monitoring, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security for our applications and platforms.
- Key Responsibilities
- Cluster Management:
- Design, deploy, and maintain Red Hat OpenShift clusters in diverse environments, including on-premises, hybrid, and cloud setups.
- Manage lifecycle tasks such as upgrades, scaling, and capacity planning for OpenShift clusters.
- CI/CD and Workload Optimization:
- Implement, monitor, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and containerized workloads to ensure efficiency and reliability.
- Collaborate with development teams to containerize applications and enable seamless deployment on OpenShift.
- Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to Kubernetes, OpenShift, and associated components.
- Document troubleshooting guides, procedures, and configuration standards for OpenShift environments.
- Security and Compliance:
- Apply security best practices, including cluster management, workload isolation, and network policies.
- Monitor compliance with organizational and industry security standards.
- Automation and Infrastructure Management:
- Automate provisioning, configuration, and management of infrastructure using tools like Ansible, Terraform, or equivalent.
- Streamline repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency through automation.
- Monitoring and Performance Optimization:
- Use monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and other solutions to track cluster health and performance.
- Optimize resources to achieve cost efficiency and high availability.
- Persistent Storage and Networking:
- Manage persistent storage, networking configurations, and third-party integrations within the OpenShift ecosystem.
- Design and implement new network solutions and/or improve the efficiency of current networks (On-premises & Cloud – Azure/AWS) (1)
- Manage system/network infrastructure observing ISO27001/COBIT/NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
- Install, configure and support network equipment including firewalls, routers, proxy servers, switches, WAN accelerators, DNS and DHCP
- Configure firewalls, routing and switching to maximise network efficiency and security
- Maximise network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting
- Procure network equipment and manage subcontractors involved with network installation
- Arrange scheduled network equipment upgrades and updates
- Investigate faults in the network
- Managing with Cloud Administration and Cloud Infrastructure is preferred( 2)
- Key Skills and Qualifications

- Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes administration.
- Strong experience with containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Helm).
- CI/CD pipeline implementation and management.
- Automation and Scripting:
- Hands-on experience with automation tools like Ansible, Terraform, or equivalent.
- Scripting knowledge (e.g., Bash, Python) is a plus.
- Monitoring and Logging:
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and centralized logging solutions.
- Security and Networking:
- In-depth understanding of network configurations, security policies, and workload isolation in OpenShift.
- Linux Administration:
- Expertise in Linux system administration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, DevOps engineers, and IT administrators.
- Documentation:
- Strong documentation skills for procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
- Educational Background
- Certification: Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration or Kubernetes Certification (CKA/CKAD).
- Experience with hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
- Familiarity with Istio or other service mesh technologies.
Preferred Work Experience
Preferable if candidate has experience of 15 years
