What the role offers:

• Should be able to independently develop complex software
• Takes ownership of code quality. Actively and effectively reviews source code, takes defect prevention steps in software developed.
• Interacts well with peers and communicates in a clear and concise manner both verbally and written on his/her work.
• Actively participate and contribute to analysis, design, planning, processes, etc., Raise issues where needed and create sensitivity towards timely resolution of problems.
• Adopt agile development methodologies and test-driven development.

• JAVA programmingexperience of at least 12 to 16 years.
• Experience in a Linux environment, running and configuring Java applications. Experience in developing multi-threaded applications.
• Familiarity with the principles of the REST / SOAP API.
• Knowledge in MongoDB
• Experience in writing unit tests
• Familiarity with Agile development methodology
• Leading teams, mentoring, and coaching junior members
