Position Overview

As a Principal Engineer, you'll be the mastermind behind creating strong, scalable, and secure microservices for our SaaS platform, making governance a breeze for our customers. You'll use the power of AWS to build Serverless solutions, either starting from scratch or helping move services to Serverless. Working with our core governance teams, you and your team take charge of everything - from writing code to deploying and monitoring. You lead discussions on how things should be set up and regularly showcase your work to the whole department. Join us and simplify the world of governance technology!

Key Responsibilities

  • Dive into the exciting realm of designing and implementing secure, scalable solutions using AWS Serverless technology. Unleash your coding prowess, ensuring top-notch quality by embracing SOLID principles, and infuse your creations with robust testing and observability
  • Collaborate seamlessly with diverse teams, serving as the catalyst for optimizing development and delivery experiences. Picture a world where productivity soars, and regular deployments to production become second nature.

Required Experience/Skills

  • Experience in a technical leadership role.
  • Strong ability to architect for product requirements and implement them in a simple and efficient manner
  • Solid foundation in system architecture, API, and software design with strong analytical and debugging skills
  • Hands-on experience in designing and developing complex, scalable, fault- tolerant, high-performance microservices for SaaS platform.
  • Strive to push forward our Serverless tech vision and are an advocate for engineering best practices
  • Experience in technical leadership and guiding other developers to improve product quality and team efficiency.
  • Experience working in Agile development and knowledge of Scrum and Kanban.
  • Experience in providing the solution to various use case/ business problems using various cloud services like AWS, Azure to build enterprise level application.
  • Experience in creating single page applications with React/Angular and working with backend services using Node JS/Typescript.
