Principle Software Engineer

Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Principal Java Full Stack Engineer with 12+ years of experience to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-level applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Angular, React.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS and will play a key role in architectural decisions, code quality, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, and develop scalable, high-performance full-stack applications.
• Lead the development of microservices-based architectures using Spring Boot and Java.
• Design and develop frontend applications using Angular/React.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth delivery of projects.
• Drive best coding practices, code reviews, and design patterns to maintain high-quality standards.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and implement RESTful APIs and integrations.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, conducting knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Ensure the adoption of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based deployments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in backend and frontend applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 12+ years of hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot for backend development.
• Strong knowledge of Microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems.
• Experience with Angular and/or React.js for modern frontend development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
• Expertise in database design, SQL, and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Knowledge of message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and event-driven architectures.
• Strong understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean coding practices.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with GraphQL, WebSockets, and real-time applications.
• Knowledge of AI/ML, data streaming, or big data frameworks is a plus.
• Familiarity with security best practices (OAuth, JWT, authentication/authorization).
• Hands-on experience with unit testing and test automation frameworks (JUnit, Selenium, Jest, etc.).

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Certifications in Java, Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), or Full-Stack Development are a plus.

Pay: ₹4,000,000.00 - ₹4,500,000.00 per year
