Automation Lead 3 Must haves:C#, Selenium, Appium 4/5Test Management 3/5Must have Mobile web & application testing experience5+ years of experience in mobile test automation using UIAutomator, Appium, XCUITest or similar tools.Strong experience in automating web applications using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, WebDriverIO, or Cypress.Familiar with custom or open-source frameworks like Robot Framework, Pytest, etc.Hands-on experience testing on real devices, emulators, or device farms (e.g., Firebase Test Lab, BrowserStack).Advanced proficiency in Python for test automation scripting.Experience analyzing protocol-level traces using tools like Wireshark and tcpdump, particularly in telecom environments.Skilled in configuring and managing pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and Git/GitLab.Capable of setting up agents, managing environments, and integrating automated test results.Strong analytical and debugging abilities in complex, distributed systems.Excellent communication and documentation skills.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of independently leading automation initiatives.3 Must haves:Mobile Automation,
