About G4S:
The Procurement Data Analyst will be responsible for the maintenance of
Procurement BI Dashboards, routine and ad-hoc data analysis, and spend
categorisation and reporting. This is a critical role that will contribute to the
success of Procurement by providing a detailed layer of spend & data
analysis in order to support the delivery of the Procurement Strategy through
sourcing, sustainability, and supplier management
The Procurement Data Analyst will be responsible for providing data
expertise to the wider procurement team through insightful reporting and
dashboards
- Provide management information reporting, supporting the International
- Create, manage and cleanse well structured data flows from multiple sources
- Develop well designed dashboards that provoke discussion and enable data
- Challenge business unit/countries when spend data is not delivered in time
- Establish and manage clear SLA’s for interacting with suppliers proving
