Product Analyst / Scrum Master – Job Description
Job Summary
The Product Analyst/Scrum Master plays a dual role in driving both the product vision and Agile delivery. This position partners closely with the Tech Product Manager to define the product roadmap, translate business needs into clear functional requirements, and manage end‑to‑end delivery of Salesforce-based solutions. The role also facilitates Agile ceremonies, removes impediments, ensures team alignment, and drives continuous improvement. A strong focus on business analysis, customer experience, prototyping, MVP development, and data-driven insights is essential for success.
Key Responsibilities
Product & Business Analysis
- Define and maintain the product roadmap, vision, and strategic priorities in collaboration with the Tech Product Manager.
- Gather and document business requirements; prepare BRDs, wireframes, and consolidate all functional artifacts.
- Perform feasibility studies, product expansion analysis, and gap analysis to drive informed decision-making.
- Translate business needs into detailed user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria for Salesforce features.
- Support product prototyping, MVP definition, and customer experience–driven enhancements.
- Analyze product performance metrics and create dashboards using Power BI.
- Identify opportunities for AI infusion and automation across product workflows.
- Facilitate and lead Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Guide teams in Agile maturity, self-organization, and continuous improvement practices.
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog using Azure DevOps, ensuring readiness and traceability of all work items.
- Remove blockers, manage dependencies, and resolve impediments affecting sprint execution.
- Foster alignment between business stakeholders, Salesforce developers, QA teams, and UX.
- Ensure adherence to SDLC, security, compliance, and Salesforce release management protocols.
- Support UAT planning and execution by preparing business and functional test cases and validating user test scenarios.
- Participate in system demos, review sprint deliverables, and ensure Definition of Ready/Done standards are met.
- Business Release preparation and planning.
- 5+ years of combined experience in Product Analysis, Business Systems Analysis, and/or Scrum Master roles.
- Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum practices, backlog management, and cross-functional delivery.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce features (Flows, Apex, Lightning Components) and logistics or workflow-driven environments.
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps for sprint tracking and artifact management; Power BI for reporting.
- Skilled in wireframing, BRD creation, feasibility studies, and gap analysis.
- Exposure to AI-driven solutions, automation opportunities, prototyping, and MVP lifecycle.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and facilitation skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
- Experience preparing and validating test cases and supporting UAT cycles.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
