Summary Of The Role

As a Business Analyst, you’ll bridge business needs with technical solutions across Amadeus applications. You will analyze requirements, design functional solutions, support validation activities, and work with global teams. Experience in the Passenger Travel or Airline Distribution domain is an advantage.

In This Role You’ll

• Assess business requirements, build functional understanding of processes, and define future‑state solutions with relevant teams.
• Prepare key documents—Feasibility Studies, Solution Overviews, Interface Control Documents, Product Specifications—and conduct functional walkthroughs.
• Support validation by reviewing test plans, ensuring traceability, and assisting in incident analysis for system integrity.
• Collaborate with Product, Project, Customer Services, Implementation, Migration, and Development teams, including customer interactions across requirement, testing, and implementation phases.
• Take responsibility for assigned tasks, suggest process improvements, participate in Agile ceremonies, and guide less experienced team members.
  
  

• Experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Passenger Travel or Airline Distribution domains.
• Skilled in XML, Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), and tools such as SOAP UI, Altova XMLSpy, and Postman; comfortable analyzing system logs.
• Familiar with JIRA for requirement tracking; cloud exposure is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Able to analyze current‑state functionality, design future‑state solutions, and work well across cross‑functional teams.
• Strong communication, adaptability, and documentation skills with the ability to work independently.
