- Required Experience: 4-7 Years
We are looking for a commercially savvy Business Analyst – Product Owner to lead key capabilities within our Player Account Management (PAM) platform. You’ll own the discovery, definition, and delivery of features across core modules including Identity & Access Management (IAM), Player Relationship DB (single customer view), Responsible Gaming, Wallet & Payments, KYC, Bonusing, Campaigns, Loyalty, Player Registration & Journeys, and integration APIs.
You’ll collaborate across Product, Engineering, Compliance, CRM, Payments, Fraud/Risk, BI, and Operations to ship secure, compliant, high‑availability services that scale across multiple brands and markets. Candidates with hands-on iGaming PAM experience (operator or vendor side) are highly preferred.
Product Ownership & Strategy
- Own outcomes for one or more PAM modules—set vision, measurable goals, and roadmap aligned to regulatory, market, and commercial priorities.
- Translate business strategy into clear epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs (value vs. effort, risk, and compliance).
- Lead discovery (workshops, stakeholder interviews, process mapping, prototyping) and delivery (refinement, sprint planning, demos, UAT, rollout).
- Define success metrics and experiment (A/B tests, feature flags) to continuously improve conversion, trust & safety, and operational excellence.
- Support the roadmap and backlog for one or several PAM modules (IAM, Player, Responsible Gaming, Wallet & Payments, KYC, Bonusing, Campaigns, Loyalty, Registration, etc.).
- Translate strategy into delivery: epics, user stories, acceptance criteria; prioritize by value, risk, and compliance.
- Lead discovery & refinement: map key journeys and processes; define essential data and API needs.
- Drive delivery with Engineering/QA: sprint planning, user story refinement, demos, UAT, and releases across brands/markets.
- Ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., AML/KYC, RG, GDPR; market‑specific rules) and auditability.
- Support integrations by working with external PSPs, KYC providers, CRM/CDP, fraud/risk tools, and external service providers.
- Track and improve KPIs (conversion, KYC pass, deposit success, bonus engagement, reliability).
- Champion non‑functional requirements: availability, performance, security, observability, and data quality.
- Coordinate stakeholders (CRM, Payments, Risk/Fraud, BI, Ops, Support) and communicate status, risks, and decisions.
- Maintain core artifacts (PRDs, roadmaps, process maps) and ensure traceability and change control.
- Support operations: Customer Acceptance, incident triage, post‑incident reviews, and continuous improvement.
- Support go‑live readiness: Collaborate with Product, Delivery and release management to ensure appropriate documentation, training, and rollout plans are supported
The ideal candidate will have:
Qualifications
- A degree in a science, technology or mathematical subject and or suitable gaming industry experience
- Significant Gaming industry experience working for a solutions provider or operator
- Comfortable working with VP and C levels internally and at customer sites
- Very comfortable with technology and working with technologists (coding experience is not needed)
- Experience working with multiple SDLC and delivery methodologies
- Understanding cross functional and geographically dispersed team dynamics
- Good interpersonal skills
- Demonstrable oral and written communication skills
- Strong presentation skills and will present business strategies
- Team players with a desire to support and nurture
- A self-starter mentality who is capable of self-organizing and able to analyze lots of information from many sources
