About the job:
Key responsibilities:
1 - Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using IBM DataStage to manage and integrate data.
2 - Diagnose and resolve issues in DataStage jobs, ensuring high data integrity and minimal downtime.
3 - Identify and fix performance bottlenecks to optimize data processing efficiency.
4 - Automate CI/CD pipelines within a DevOps environment to enable continuous delivery.
5 - Create and maintain documentation for ETL jobs including job design, configurations, and troubleshooting.
6 - Ensure service resilience, sustainability, and recovery objectives for deployed IT solutions.
7 - Collaborate with Ops, Development, and Test Engineers to address operational issues at all release stages.
8 - Work closely with Agile Leads, ITSO, and Value Stream Leads to align IT project delivery with business goals.

Other Requirements:
1 - Strong expertise in IBM DataStage ETL processes.
2 - Experience with DevOps automation tools and practices.

4 - Familiarity with agile delivery practices and project lifecycles.
5 - Experience in Finance IT or regulatory IT environments (preferred).
