Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of projects and ensure client satisfaction. The ideal candidate has 4-7 years of experience in project management and client handling, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget. As a Delivery Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams to ensure projects align with clients' objectives and organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Execution: Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets. Ensure timely and efficient delivery of projects by monitoring progress, managing risks, and resolving issues.
• Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring project outcomes align with their expectations.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project teams, coordinate tasks, allocate resources, and promote a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update clients and internal stakeholders on project status, milestones, and any changes in scope.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that deliverables meet quality standards and client specifications.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and implement strategies to mitigate them proactively.
• Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project delivery processes and enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
• Experience: 4-7 years of project management experience, with a strong background in client-facing roles.
• Project Management Skills: Proven track record in managing complex projects, including planning, execution, risk management, and budgeting.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to effectively communicate with clients, teams, and stakeholders.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on motivating and guiding cross-functional teams.
• Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying and resolving project challenges.
• Tools and Technology: Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, MS Project, or similar platforms.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
