As an Automation Developer at Provana, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, maintaining, and supporting intelligent automation solutions that streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain end-to-end automation processes using industry-leading RPA tools
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify automation opportunities and implement optimal technical solutions
• Ensure automation solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business and technical requirements
• Document automation workflows, reusable components, and libraries in Confluence for knowledge sharing and future reference
• Follow best practices related to software development life cycle (SDLC), version control, and coding standards
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing automation solutions to improve performance and reliability
• Actively participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement :
• 2+ years of overall software development experience (preferred but not mandatory)
• Minimum 1+ year of hands-on experience in automation development
• 1+ year of experience working with C# or Python
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving automation Environment :
