• Develop and maintain robust backend systems using Python and Flask/Django frameworks.
• Write clean, reusable, and efficient code for both the server-side and database interactions.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs to integrate with front-end systems and other services.
• Manage database systems (SQL/NoSQL) and optimize queries for performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including front-end developers, product managers, and designers to deliver high-quality products.
• Conduct thorough testing of backend components to ensure reliability and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any backend issues, including scalability and performance bottlenecks.
• Continuously explore, evaluate, and implement new technologies to improve development processes and performance.

• 4-5 years of hands-on experience as a Backend Developer with strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience working with web frameworks like Flask or Django.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration.
• Strong knowledge of SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis, etc.).
• Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Experience with deployment and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.) is a plus.
• Ability to work in an agile development environment and deliver high-quality work on tight deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot backend-related issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for deployment.
• Familiarity with message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.) and task queues (Celery).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.).

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
