Role: Backend Python Developer (SDE‑1 / SDE‑2)
Experience: 3–5 Years
Location: Mumbai – Andheri (Onsite interview at office)

About the Opportunity:

Looking for experienced Backend Python Developers who can build scalable systems, own what they ship, and love solving complex engineering problems for consumer‑facing products.

What You’ll Do :

1. Build scalable, loosely coupled services to extend and strengthen our platform.
2. Develop bulletproof API integrations with third‑party systems for multiple business use cases.
3. Evolve our infrastructure and help add more “nines” of availability to our systems.
4. Take end‑to‑end ownership of your code – from design and tech choices to deployment and operations on AWS.
5. Contribute to the open‑source community via code, tools, or blog posts.
6. Work in a fast‑moving startup environment where priorities can change as we experiment and improve the product.

7. *Must‑Have Requirements: *

8. 3+ years of hands‑on development experience.

9. Prior experience building and scaling consumer‑facing web/app products.

10. Strong expertise in Python and backend development for web/app‑based products.

11. Experience in at least one Python framework: Sanic, Django, Flask, Falcon, web2py, Twisted, Tornado.

12. Working knowledge of databases: MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, Aerospike.

13. Solid understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, Operating Systems.

14. Hands‑on experience with core AWS services – EC2, ELB, Auto Scaling, CloudFront, S3, ElastiCache (or similar).

15. Understanding of Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes.

16. Knowledge of Solr / Elasticsearch or similar search technologies.
