Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Python Developer with strong expertise in FastAPI, asynchronous programming, and data platform integration. The ideal candidate will be proficient in building scalable APIs, working with modern databases (MySQL, MongoDB, Snowflake), and implementing high-performance asynchronous workflows. Experience with LLM prompt engineering is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable APIs using FastAPI
Implement and optimise asynchronous logic using Async IO, gather, and event loops
Integrate and manage data workflows across MySQL, MongoDB, and Snowflake
Write clean, modular, and well-tested code using functional programming techniques
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
(Optional) Work on LLM-based systems and prompt engineering, if applicable.
Ensure secure handling of client and business data in line with ISO 27001
requirements.
Required Skills
Python (3+ years) with strong programming fundamentals
FastAPI framework for high-performance API development
Async IO and asynchronous design patterns (async, await, gather, etc.)
Experience with MySQL, MongoDB, and Snowflake
Solid understanding of functional programming principles
Familiarity with LLM prompt engineering (a plus, not mandatory)
