Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Python Developer who will be responsible for
designing, developing, and maintaining robust backend systems and APIs. The ideal
candidate has a strong understanding of Python frameworks, cloud environments, and
software architecture best practices.

● Design, develop, and optimize scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using
Python,
● Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
● Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps engineers, and product managers to
deliver end-to-end solutions.
● Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture design.
● Implement and manage integrations with third-party APIs and microservices.
● Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
● Mentor junior developers and contribute to the continuous improvement of the
development process.
Required Skills & Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent
experience).
● 4+ years of professional experience in Python development.
● Strong experience with frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
● Proficiency in working with RESTful APIs, microservices, and asynchronous
programming.
● Good knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.) and ORM
frameworks.
● Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization technologies.
● Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud services.
● Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and agile development practices.
● Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
