Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python and Django.
• Develop robust and secure RESTful APIs using Django REST Framework (DRF) for web and mobile applications.
• Implement business logic, data validation, and API integrations with frontend and third-party systems.
• Write clean, modular, reusable, and well-documented code following industry coding standards.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and code optimization to ensure performance and reliability.
• Handle database design, schema creation, migrations, and query optimization.
• Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, Token-based auth, Session-based auth).
• Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure seamless API-to-UI integration.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile development processes.
• Support deployment, monitoring, and basic maintenance of applications in production environments.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience as a Python Django Developer.
• Proven experience in backend API development for web applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Available to join immediately or within a short notice period.
