Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Python Developer with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in backend development. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Python, FastAPI, Django, and building scalable REST APIs backed by PostgreSQL, SQL and NoSQL databases.
You will be responsible for developing high-performance backend systems, designing APIs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust web applications.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Python.
2. Build scalable and secure RESTful APIs using FastAPI and Django frameworks.
3. Develop and optimize database schemas using PostgreSQL,mysql, Mongo DB
4. Implement business logic, data processing, and backend workflows.
5. Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
6. Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following best practices.
7. Perform debugging, performance tuning, and code optimization.
8. Collaborate with frontend developers, QA teams, and product stakeholders.
9. Participate in code reviews and maintain proper documentation.
10. Ensure application performance, scalability, and security standards.
11. Microservices, message brokers like kafka/ rabbit MQ, redis, caching techniques
12. Good understanding of Docker, containerisation, AWS or any other cloud platform, CICD pipelines, and exposure to deployment

Required Skills

1. Strong programming experience in Python.
2. Hands-on experience with FastAPI and/or Django.
3. Experience in designing and developing REST APIs.
4. Good understanding of PostgreSQL, SQL and NoSQL database design and queries.
5. Knowledge of ORM tools such as Django ORM or SQLAlchemy.
6. Understanding of API authentication (JWT/OAuth).
7. Familiarity with Git version control.
8. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

1. Experience with Docker or containerized deployments.
2. Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
3. Knowledge of asynchronous programming concepts.
4. Exposure to microservices architecture.
5. Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
