Python Developer

Overview

You should apply if you have:

• Strong fundamentals in Python programming
• Basic hands-on experience with Django and/or FastAPI (academic projects, internships, or personal projects are acceptable)
• Understanding of REST APIs and HTTP concepts
• Familiarity with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB)
• Basic knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, or similar)
• Understanding of version control systems (Git)
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a team-oriented environment

You should not apply if you:

• Have no practical exposure to backend development or Python-based frameworks
• Are unfamiliar with REST APIs, databases, or basic cloud concepts
• Prefer working independently with minimal collaboration
• Are not open to learning new technologies or adapting to changing requirements

Skills Required:

• Python (core language fundamentals)
• Django, Flask and/or FastAPI
• RESTful API development
• HTTP/HTTPS fundamentals
• Relational and/or NoSQL databases
• Basic AWS cloud services
• Git and collaborative development workflows
• Debugging and problem-solving skills

What will you do?

• Build and consume RESTful APIs for internal and external applications
• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python
• Build and consume RESTful APIs for internal and external applications
• Work with databases to design schemas, write queries, and optimize data access
• Collaborate with frontend developers, QA, and product teams to deliver features
• Deploy and manage applications on cloud infrastructure (AWS)
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Participate in code reviews and follow engineering best practices
• Learn and apply new technologies as required by the project
