Job Description:
- Proficiency in C, C++ or Python, which demonstrates the technical aptitude of the candidates.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Rapid Tool and System Adoption: Demonstrating the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools(low code) and systems to efficiently complete the defined scope of work.
- Attention to Detail: Identifying and addressing potential gaps or areas for optimization in the current architecture.
- Comprehending System Workflows Architecture
Skills Needed:
o Knowledge of IVR configurations
o Basic knowledge of scripting languages: C, C++, or Python
o Good to have: Knowledge of RPA (not mandatory)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
