Python Developer (3+ Yrs Exp) - IIT/NIT

Typical work week look like:-

• Architect and develop highly scalable, reliable, and maintainable backend services and APIs using Python.
• Dive deep into data structures and algorithms to design elegant solutions for complex challenges.
• Work with databases like MongoDB and caching systems like Redis to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and low latency for millions of users.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team of engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver impactful features.
• Conduct code reviews, improve system architecture, and contribute to the technical roadmap for our platform.

Our ideal candidate should have:-

• 3+ years of relevant experience in a Tech Startup
• A solid grounding in Computer Science fundamentals (based on a BE/BTech or MS in Information Technologies/Computer Science) from an IIT or Tier 1 NIT.
• Strong proficiency with Python and knowledge of frameworks.
• Strong hands on Databases.
• Hands-on on code versioning tools, such as Git, Redis, AWS, Sockets.
