The ideal candidate will have experience in Python development, be ready to work onsite in Bhilai, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Python code.
• Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and design new features.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Python applications.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure software quality.
• Implement security and data protection best practices in your code.
• Keep up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies related to Python development.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Python development.
• Strong knowledge of Python frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask).
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Experience with database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and integration.
• Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Agile/Scrum experience is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month

Benefits:

• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
• Yearly bonus
