Job Summary:

Weavers Web is seeking an experienced Python Developer with strong AI/ML expertise to join our fast-growing technology team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and AI-powered solutions across a variety of applications. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative, innovation-driven environment and has hands-on experience with real-world AI/ML projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, optimize, and maintain scalable AI/ML models using Python.
• Work with large datasets: clean, preprocess, and analyze data using pandas, NumPy, and other tools.
• Design and implement machine learning algorithms and deep learning models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Collaborate with data scientists, frontend/backend developers, and product managers to integrate models into production systems.
• Deploy ML models using APIs, containers (Docker), and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Evaluate model performance and retrain systems when necessary.
• Stay current with the latest AI/ML research and integrate best practices into ongoing projects.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and agile development processes.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with popular data science libraries: NumPy, pandas, Scikit-learn.
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
• Sound understanding of machine learning and deep learning concepts (regression, classification, CNNs, RNNs, etc.).
• Experience with REST APIs, Flask/FastAPI, and deployment pipelines.
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and data pipelines.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools like Docker.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
