Detailed Job Description
- 12+ years of software development experience, with at least 5 years in Technology Architect or Lead role
- Strong technology expertise on Python, AWS, Kafka for Software Design and Development
- Strong skills on scripting using Unix and Python
- Strong expertise on development and management of distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures
- Lead discussions on solution architecture, microservices design, integration patterns, and scalability strategies
- Ensure identification and development of non-functional requirements (performance, resilience, scalability, security)
- Work closely with QA teams to define testing strategies, performance testing, and automated regression testing
- Ability to discuss and guide teams in test automation (using Selenium preferably)
- Provide technical direction to developers on coding, testing, and best practices
- Guide teams in Kafka event-driven architectures and API integrations
- Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality development aligned with architectural guidelines
- Ensure GIT-based version control and enforce best practices in code management
- Work in Scrum-based Agile development and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to engage with all stakeholders and teams
