About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Python/Flask Developer Intern to join our development team. This role offers hands-on experience in building scalable web applications and RESTful APIs while collaborating closely with designers and front-end engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using Python and Flask
• Design and build RESTful APIs to support front-end features
• Write clean, efficient, and scalable code
• Collaborate with front-end developers, UI/UX designers, and other team members
• Work with SQL databases and manage efficient data models
• Debug, test, and optimize applications for performance and speed
• Follow best practices in code quality, security, and performance
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to internal knowledge sharing

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Python and hands-on experience with Flask
• Familiarity with REST API development and integration
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
• Proficiency in SQL, and working knowledge of NumPy and Matplotlib
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
• Experience with Git and version control systems
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and team collaboration abilities

Nice to Have

• Experience with Django or other Python frameworks
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Currently pursuing degree is acceptable for internship roles

Internship Structure

• Freshers:
• First 3 months: Unpaid Training Period
• Next 3 months: Stipend based on performance
• Experienced Candidates:
• Performance-based stipend
• Note: Experience will be considered only if it matches job requirements
