What You Will Be Doing

• Writing conventional code bases—our AI frameworks handle routine development, freeing you to focus on high-level architecture and innovation

Python Developer Key Responsibilities

Architect and deploy fully autonomous AI systems that operate with zero human intervention, creating exponential productivity gains and transformational business impact at scale.

Basic Requirements

• Demonstrated AI-First Mindset—you instinctively leverage AI tools as primary solution architects rather than code-first approaches (applications from traditional code-first developers will not be considered)
• Minimum 5 years of professional development experience with verifiable results
• Advanced Python proficiency and comprehensive AWS implementation experience
• Proven expertise with GenAI code assistants including Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, and v0.dev
• Documented success implementing Generative AI solutions with quantifiable business impact
• Demonstrated experience leveraging multiple LLM platforms (GPT, Claude, Mistral) through their APIs to solve complex business challenges

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
