• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Python, Django, and Django REST Framework.
• Build and manage RESTful APIs for frontend and third-party integrations.
• Design efficient and optimized database schemas using Django ORM and PostgreSQL.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding best practices.
• Document APIs, features, and configurations for internal and external use.
• Use GitHub for version control, code reviews, and CI/CD workflows.
• Stay updated with industry trends and AI innovations relevant to development.

• 1–2 years of experience building and shipping full-stack applications.
• Proficiency in Python, Django, REST APIs, and Django REST Framework.
• Strong understanding of Next.js fundamentals (SSR, SSG, ISR) and TypeScript.
• Familiarity with Tailwind CSS, Next.js, shadcn/ui, and ability to implement UIs from Figma designs.
• Expertise in PostgreSQL, including advanced querying and performance optimization.
• Strong grasp of web application architecture and system design principles.
• Solid problem-solving skills with a focus on algorithms, efficiency, and performance.
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Ability to craft effective prompts to guide AI-powered coding tools for optimized code generation.
• Exposure to tools like Cursor, Claude Code, Vercel, and Supabase.
• Adaptability to new technologies and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
