Python Full Stack Developer

Overview

Job Title: Full Stack Developer (4–6 Years Experience)

Location: In office, Pune.

Job Type: Full-time

Experience Required: 4 to 6 years

Key Responsibilities:

● Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure full-stack web applications.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them

into technical solutions.

● Architect system components with an emphasis on maintainability, reusability, and

performance.

● Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

● Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

● Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices and technical guidelines.

● Work closely with DevOps to ensure smooth CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.

● Proactively identify technical risks and propose solutions.

Required Skills:

● Frontend: Strong experience with React.js / Vue.js, HTML5, CSS3,

JavaScript/TypeScript.

● Backend: Proficiency in Python with frameworks like Django, Flask, FastAPI.

● Database: Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL,

MongoDB).

● API: Hands-on experience building and consuming RESTful and GraphQL APIs.

● Architecture: Solid understanding of system design, microservices, and modular

architectures.

● DevOps: Experience with Docker, CI/CD tools, Git, and cloud platforms like

AWS/GCP/Azure.

● Testing: Familiarity with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing tools and frameworks.

● Monitoring & Log consolidation solution development:

➤ Must have hands-on experience in building monitoring and log consolidation

solutions using tools such as ELK Stack, Prometheus + Grafana, CloudWatch, or similar.

➤ Should be able to design and implement end-to-end observability for applications

including metrics, logging, and alerting.

Pay: ₹1,300,000.00 - ₹1,617,882.74 per year
