Job Description:

As a Python Developer, you will play a key role in building, testing, and maintaining applications that drive business outcomes. Your responsibilities will span across both front-end and back-end development, using Python to develop scalable, high-performance systems.

We are looking for a developer who can take ownership of coding tasks, integrate systems, and work alongside a team of talented developers to bring our projects to life. Key Responsibilities:

• Back-end Development: Write efficient, reusable, and scalable Python code to build web applications, APIs, and server-side components.
• Front-end Development: Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with back-end services, ensuring smooth functionality.
• Database Integration: Develop and maintain databases (SQL, NoSQL) to handle data storage, retrieval, and management within the application.
• Code Testing & Debugging: Create test cases, debug issues, and ensure that the code is free from bugs. Optimize the code to improve performance.
• API Development: Design and implement RESTful APIs for web services, ensuring that they are efficient and secure.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (designers, front-end developers, project managers) to define project requirements and deliver high-quality software.
• Version Control: Use Git for version control and ensure codebase integrity.
• Security & Scalability: Implement security best practices and ensure that applications are scalable and robust.
• Documentation: Maintain clear, comprehensive documentation of code, features, and technical processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Python Developer.
• Solid understanding of Python programming, including core libraries, syntax, and data structures.
• Familiarity with Python web frameworks like Django or Flask for building applications.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
• Experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with Git for version control and collaborative development.
• Understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance tuning skills.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Exposure to containerization technologies like Docker.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and development pipelines.
• Knowledge of asynchronous programming (e.g., using asyncio, Celery).
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with unit testing and test-driven development (TDD).
