QA Analyst - L4

Overview

We are looking for a Quality Professional who has experience working or is willing to work as part of diverse and larger teams. The candidate will support end-to-end Quality Management System (QMS) activities and collaborate across functions to ensure process compliance and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• • Work collaboratively with cross-functional and large teams to support quality initiatives
  • Contribute to Quality Management System (QMS) activities including:
  • SEPG (Software Engineering Process Group) support
  • QMS updates and tracking
  • PMO support activities
  • Quality metrics collection and reporting
  • Internal audits coordination and documentation
  • Prepare and maintain quality Matrix
  • Assist in process improvement initiatives
  • Support Agile teams with quality governance requirements
    

• • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Basic knowledge or experience working with Agile teams as well as SDLC
  • Proficiency in:
  • MS Excel
  • MS PowerPoint
  • MS Word
  • Ability to manage documentation and reporting efficiently
  • Good analytical and organizational skills
    

• • Basic knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, etc.)
  • Familiarity with SharePoint and MS Forms
  • Understanding of process frameworks and quality standards (ISO 9001, ISO 27001) is a plus
