Role reports to- IT Manager, Marketing Operations Technology

Location- Manayata, Bangalore

What You Will Do

The QA Analyst is responsible for analyzing, validating, implementing, and integrating complex applications. You will troubleshoot high-level applications, oversee releases and deployments, and provide advanced technical support for information management applications-

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures for software testing
• Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and implement complex computer applications
• Troubleshoot and improve application performance by editing and finalizing concept design specifications
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to enhance development efficiency
• Lead research and recommend advanced application upgrades and enhancements to meet end-user needs
• Provide advanced technical support for information management applications including data networking, database design, and software development
• Organize all aspects of application development from analysis through implementation
• Support current systems and design and implement complex features as requested
• Develop computer logic flowcharts for analysis and integration
  
  

Required Qualifications

What we are looking for

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in software quality assurance or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business management or a related field
• Proven working experience in analyzing, designing, documenting, and implementing complex applications
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
• Experience with automated testing tools
• Ability to troubleshoot high-level applications and provide advanced technical support
• Experience in Agile methodology or other project management frameworks
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools
  
  

Desired Qualifications

• Familiarity with BI reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
