Position Overview

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about quality assurance. Proven success with manual testing tools and technologies. 3 to 5 years of experience in the field is a must. As a Quality assurance (QA) Analyst you will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design manual test procedures. You will be liaising with the Developers, Product Managers, and BA’s to identify and test key features of our products. You will participate as part of a cross-functional Agile team and will advocate for and ensure quality for their team. You will coordinate best quality practices across other teams including onshore.

Role & Responsibilities

• Develop manual test scripts and test scenarios to verify requirements according to the established standards and best practices.
• Report , Assess and escalate issues based on severity.
• Play a critical role in all releases by conducting regression and sanity testing.
• Participate in the scrum process, including stands-ups and related activities.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven success with both automated and manual testing tools and technologies with 3-5 years’ experience in Manual testing.
• Test experiences include planning, assessments, script development and maintenance.
• Strong experience taking part in sprints planning, estimations, and retrospectives.
• Experience in Quality Assurance principles, best practices, as well as developing test strategies, manual test plans and test cases.
• Solid understanding of RESTful web services and microservice architecture.
• Strong knowledge of Database and SQL queries for data validation.
• Experience with working in an Agile environment and CI/CD driven testing culture.
• Experience in Manual testing Web based applications, backend and API.
• Strong in validation content from XML, JSON databases and flat files.
• Strong API testing experience using Postman,or Rest API.

• C#/Java

• TestNG
• Experience with Atlassian products and integrations (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)
• Experience with Test Case Management tools (TestRail)
• Strong experience with payment device integration and transaction workflows, including Aurus, Adyen, and Tap to Pay solutions.
• Familiarity with POS systems, payment gateways, and contactless payment technologies.
