QA and Business Analyst (BQA) - Internship

Overview

About the internship:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in gathering and understanding business requirements.
2. Document user stories, acceptance criteria, and basic process flows.
3. Write and execute manual test cases based on requirements.
4. Perform functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing.
5. Log, track, and retest defects using tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
6. Validate UI workflows and basic backend data (SQL/API basics).
7. Support UAT activities and maintain requirement traceability (RTM).
8. Maintain test documents, reports, and overall project documentation.
9. Participate in Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, and reviews.
10. Communicate issues, risks, and clarifications effectively with the team.

Stipend:

INR₹ 4,500 - 7,000 /month

Skills required:

Business Analysis, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), STLC and Test Automation

Other Requirements:

1. B.Tech/BE/MCA in Computer Science Engineering (CSE) or Information Technology (IT) (Mandatory).

2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

3. Basic knowledge of software testing, documentation, and requirement analysis.

4. Understanding of technical concepts and workflows.

5. Good communication and observation skills.

• Stipend Structure:

  Fixed pay: ₹ 4,000 - 6,000 /month

  Incentive pay: ₹ 500 - 1,000 /month
