Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented QA Automation Test Engineer with hands-on experience in automation testing and client handling. The ideal candidate should have a passion for delivering high-quality products and be comfortable engaging with clients for technical support, product demos, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute automation test scripts using tools like Selenium, TestNG, or similar frameworks.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to ensure product quality.
• Identify, record, document, and track bugs and issues in collaboration with the development team.
• Conduct client walkthroughs, product demos on demand, and support UAT to ensure seamless product delivery.
• Provide tech support to clients and address any product-related concerns or issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and client expectations.
• Prepare test documentation and generate reports on test execution and results.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in QA Automation testing.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG.
• Proficiency in writing automated test scripts using programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and agile methodologies.
• Experience in client handling, including providing tech support, conducting product demos, and facilitating UAT.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with API testing tools like Postman or REST Assured.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools like Git.
• Knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
• ISTQB certification is a plus.
